SATURDAY SKY

This is my very time of year. I love the crisp mornings, the Indian Summer afternoons, the smells of fallen leaves on the ground and the beautiful quaking aspens! For my Saturday Sky picture I went for a walk around the mile circle I live on. I ended up sitting in an aspen grove for an hour. I was so mesmerized by the smells and colors around me that I just didn't want to get up and walk home. Whenever a breeze kicked up, the aspen leaves came fluttering down around me. Everything around me declared the glory of God and I took so many pictures that it was hard to choose just ONE. So, what do you think? Can you beat that brilliant blue sky? Oh....and a little high altitude trivia for you - the higher in altitude you go, the deeper blue the sky is.
